A New Way of Helping Children and Adults who Stammer

Emotive Zones

These are the places where the body repeats a series of traumatic motions, that come together to form your set of stammering muscle memory. They need to be recognised and soothed and brought out with the drums.

THIS IS THE FRACTURED RELATIONSHIP STAMMERERS SUFFER FROM

Think about it: a child or adult who stammers may have thirty or more physical disruptions to the natural movement of their body, per day.

This is the equivalent of being prodded, poked and jarred, in the same place, everyday, for varying amount of times, for years.

Say it is your throat that always suffers when you stammer. This is your emotive zone that tightens and tenses, contracts and dries up, each time you stammer. Feel its sensitive points. You will know them well from feeling them react when you stammer. It is time to make them feel better.
